If your order is not going through, here are the most common reasons:

An order may be cancelled if the item is no longer in stock, if our system suspects the order may be fraudulent, or if there is incorrect or inconsistent customer information.

The temporary hold will be released from your account within 4–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider. We are unable to reinstate a cancelled order. If you still see a pending charge after 7 business days, please contact your bank.
Please email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but once you receive it, you can request a return for a full refund.

Regional Payment Methods: Bancontact (Belgium) and iDEAL (Netherlands).
Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna is available in supported regions.
International Payments: UnionPay for customers in Asia.
Cryptocurrency: USDC (USD Coin) — a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar — is accepted in supported countries.
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections to protect your financial information.
You can enter your discount code in the cart, on the cart page, or at checkout. Capitalization does not matter, but make sure the code has no extra spaces and is otherwise typed correctly.
Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order.
Code not working? Check that the code hasn't expired, meets any minimum order requirement, and applies to the products in your cart. Some codes may only be valid for specific products or collections. If you still have trouble, contact us.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple payment methods for a single order. Please select one payment method at checkout.
After an order is placed, a temporary hold is placed on your credit card for the total value of the order. This is not a charge — the actual payment is captured when your order is processed.
Yes, we use secure payment gateways and SSL encryption to ensure all transactions are protected. We do not store your full card information — your details are processed securely via our payment providers.
All prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location. At checkout, you will also be charged in your local currency — the amount shown is exactly what you will pay.
We do not currently accept bank transfers, and cash on delivery is not available as a payment option.
