30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love your bracelets. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot process a return or refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused (trying on for size is fine)
  • In original packaging
  • Without clear signs of wear
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Sale items are subject to the same 30-day return policy as regularly priced items. All standard return conditions apply.

  • Return the product to us within 30 days
  • You cover return shipping costs to Finland
  • Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method

  • No need to ship anything back
  • Receive store credit worth 120% of your purchase value
  • Credit never expires and can be used on any future order

Option C: Quick 50% Refund (Keep the Item)

  • No return shipping needed
  • Get 50% refunded directly to your original payment method
  • Fast and hassle-free

Option D: Exchange (Wrong or Defective Item)

  • Received a wrong or defective item? You can keep it
  • Receive a store credit equal to 100% of your purchase value to use on any product in our store
  • Credit never expires

Changed your mind about the product? You can use Options A, B, or C above and place a new order separately.

How to Start a Return

To initiate your return, log in to your AlfaJewelry account or email us at sales@alfajewelry.com with your order number and preferred option. Don't have an account? No worries — just email us and we'll take care of it.

Important: Do not send products back to the manufacturer.

We highly recommend using trackable or insured shipping to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you choose an uninsured method.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you whether your refund is approved or rejected
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • If you don't see your refund after that, double-check your bank or card account
  • If it's still not resolved, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing delays can occur

Delayed Orders

If your order extends 10 business days past the promised delivery window, you're eligible for a full refund. Please reach out to us if you experience a significant delay.
