DHL Express Shipping
Available for faster delivery to select countries:
- Australia: 3–7 days · $40 (free over $110)
- Canada: 3–7 days · $40 (free over $100)
- Israel: 3–7 days · 155 ILS (free over 370 ILS)
- New Zealand: 3–7 days · $45 (free over $120)
- Saudi Arabia: 3–7 days · 155 SAR (free over 375 SAR)
- United Kingdom: 3–7 days · £20 (free over £55)
Note: DHL Express is currently unavailable to Mexico and the United States. Free shipping is still available to both countries.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed the same day or the next business day
- You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped
- No shipping on weekends or public holidays
- All orders are shipped directly from our production partner
Important Information
Customs & Import Fees
- Standard policy: The price you see is the final price you pay to us. However, international orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country's local regulations.
- Responsibility: Any such charges are determined by your country's customs authority upon arrival and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in our item prices or shipping costs and are outside of our control.
- Tip: For accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
- Saudi Arabia: Due to strict local regulations, all customers receiving shipments in Saudi Arabia are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes, regardless of the chosen shipping method (Free Shipping or DHL Express).
- Turkey: As of February 2026, Turkish customs authorities have abolished the low-value shipment threshold. Every parcel entering Turkey, regardless of value, now requires customs clearance through a licensed local customs broker. The recipient is responsible for coordinating customs clearance and paying any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price. If you have questions about this process, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the address cannot be changed, and the order cannot be canceled.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your package through the link in your shipping confirmation email. We partner with local logistics companies to handle the final delivery, and tracking remains active until the order reaches your door.
