RETURNS

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you ship the item back to us. Returns must be requested before sending the item back. Customer covers return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Requirements

To be eligible, items must meet all of the following requirements:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging
• No stains, odours, pet hair, or visible damage
• Hygiene label (if applicable) attached and undamaged
  

Items sent to us that do not satisfy the above return conditions can be returned back to you at your own cost.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: Photo evidence is required when submitting a faulty return request.

Exchanges

Eligible returns can be submitted within 14 days for a different size in the same item. Your exchange item can only be reserved once your package arrives back to us and is marked as received. In the case that we are unable to provide an exchange due to the stock for the item you have selected no longer being available, we will instead issue you an refund.

Klarna Returns

If you purchased using Klarna:

• Refunds will be processed via your payment provider
• Exchanges returns will not cancel your payment plan, which will continue as scheduled
